Tewkesbury Town regeneration supplementary planning consultation

Home > Planning > Planning policy > Regeneration supplementary planning consultation

Tewkesbury Borough Council, together with the Tewkesbury Town Regeneration Partnership, have been developing a new Tewkesbury Town Regeneration Supplementary Planning Document (SPD). This SPD has been created to provide supporting guidance on the opportunities, constraints and key design principles for the regeneration of key sites within the town. Once adopted, the SPD will be a material consideration when assessing planning applications for proposals in this area.

We are seeking your views on the contents of this draft document. You will be able to submit comments from the 3 December 2018 up until 4pm on Friday 18 January 2019. A public consultation event will also be held on the 13 December 2018 between 3.30pm - 7.00pm at the Town Hall.

An electronic copy of the Draft SPD plan can be viewed via the link below:

You will also find the main consultation document online as set out below and in hard copy to view at Tewkesbury Library, Tewkesbury Town Hall, Public Service Centre, Tewkesbury Abbey and Tourist Information Centre.7
