'Public Access' / Planning search - system maintenance notice

On Tuesday 10 April 2018, the 'Search and comment on planning applications' service is being upgraded so will unavailable for use on this date.

The upgrade will also affect our planning back office system so the planning department may not be able to give any updates on planning applications or planning advice over the telephone or by email.

We apologies for any inconvenience.

Civica Payments - system maintenance notice

The Civica online payments system may be offline for maintenance (and unavailable for use) during the following time periods:

  • Thursday 17 August, between 8pm - 12am
  • Friday 18 August, anytime for a 60 minute period.
  • Saturday 19 August, anytime for a 60 minute period.
  • Sunday 20 August, anytime for a 60 minute period.
  • Monday 21 August, between 8pm - 12am
