A forum for the voluntary and community sector will take place in December to bring together representatives from across Tewkesbury Borough to discuss local issues and projects.
Tewkesbury Borough Council's next Voluntary and Community Sector Forum will be held on Thursday 13 December, from 2pm to 4pm at the Public Services Centre on Gloucester Road, Tewkesbury (GL20 5TT).
Tewkesbury Borough Council’s lead member for communities, Councillor Kay Berry, said: “We welcome anyone from the voluntary and community sector who might be interested in the discussions planned, or who would like to network with like-minded organisations. The forum is a great place to share ideas and discuss ways in which the sector can positively contribute to local communities.”
Discussion will cover:
Updates from 2018 and plans for 2019.
An overview of the work done by Priors Park Neighbourhood Project.
An update from Gloucestershire Community Foundation.
Volunteering with Gloucestershire Rural Community Council.
