Sunday 18 March: 8.30pm

All refuse, recycling, garden waste and food waste collection crews will be emptying bins and caddies as scheduled on Monday 19 March.

If roads are inaccessible or deemed unsafe, collection crews plan to return to collect missed bins on Tuesday or by Friday at the latest, so if your bins and / or caddies are not emptied, please leave them out until Friday.

If you wish to report a missed bin, please do this online after Tuesday 20 March, which will allow crews time to attempt a collection on Tuesday.

Friday 16 March: 12.30pm

The Met Office has issued a yellow warning for snow on Sunday 18 March. This may impact refuse and recycling collections next week, in particular on Monday 19 March.

Residents expecting refuse or recycling collections on Monday should still present their bins and caddies (if it is safe to do so) as usual at the kerbside by 7am, but we will assess the conditions with our contractors, Ubico, on Sunday evening and again on Monday morning, so please check this webpage (or the council’s social media channels) for any updates.
