Water supply update in the Tewkesbury area

Home > News > No mains water in Tewkesbury area

Severn Trent have provided the following update about the ongoing water supply problems in the Tewkesbury area:

We’re aware of water supply issues in the Tewkesbury area which may be affecting some of our customers in the GL19 and GL20 areas this morning.

We believe this is being caused by a burst pipe and we’re working as quickly as we can to locate the problem so that we can get it fixed and return everything to normal.

We know how difficult it is to have no water, especially at this time of day when you’re trying to get ready for work and school, and we’re really sorry for the inconvenience this will be causing.

We’d like to reassure our customers that we’re doing everything we can to get the water supplies back on as soon as we can. We’re moving water around our network of pipes and we’re also bringing water into the area using our fleet of tankers.
