Members of the public are being encouraged to take a look at a new planning document, which will help shape regeneration in Tewkesbury town.
Tewkesbury Borough Council is asking the public for feedback on how it enforces planning regulations. An enforcement plan has been drafted which explains the council’s approach, outlines its powers and details the ways in which planning breaches can be reported. It also summarises what can be expected of the council throughout the enforcement process.
Planning Inspector, Elizabeth Ord issued her final report on the 26th October 2017 along with the final schedule of main modifications.
This report completes the examination of the Cheltenham, Gloucester and Tewkesbury Joint Core Strategy since it's submission to the Secretary of State in November 2014.
