There are currently 5 neighbourhood development plans made in Tewkesbury Borough, which are now part of Tewkesbury’s Statutory Development Plan and used by Development Management Officer’s in making decisions on planning applications within the relevant designated neighbourhood area.

16 July 2019 update - consultation extended
Due to data protection issues, Appendix Z to the submitted consultation statement was not publically released at the same time as all other available information. The spreadsheet which includes the comments received to the plans Regulation 14 consultation has now been reviewed and redacted in accordance with data protection.

The consultation has been extended until 5pm Tuesday 27 August 2019.

In accordance with Regulation 15 of the Neighbourhood Planning Regulations 2012 (as amended), Churchdown and Innsworth Parish Council’s submitted their Neighbourhood Development Plan (NDP) Submission Version to Tewkesbury Borough Council on 5 April 2019.
