Our assisted digital service

Tewkesbury Borough Council is pleased to announce that it will be working with the Home Office to support the area’s most vulnerable and hard to reach citizens applying to the EU Settlement Scheme.

The EU Settlement Scheme is designed to make it straightforward for EU citizens and their family members to stay after the UK leaves the EU.

The assisted digital service provides face-to-face support for citizens in the UK who don’t have the appropriate access, skills or confidence to complete the form.

The service is by appointment only.

To book, please phone 03333 445 675 on Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm or Saturdays from 9am to 4pm.

If you have hearing and/or speech difficulties you can access this service on a smartphone, computer or tablet or text phone by dialing 18001 in front of the phone number above.

Advice for businesses and employers

The EU Settlement Scheme allows your employees and their close family members to continue to live and work in the UK after Brexit.

Using the scheme will mean that they are eligible for public services, such as healthcare and schools, public funds and pensions and British citizenship, if they want to apply and meet the requirements.

The government's employer toolkit contains a range of ready to use leaflets and posters to help explain the scheme to your employees.
