This years LSP Stakeholder Event will take place on Thursday 25th November 2010 from 9:30am to 3:30pm.
This years event will be themed around delivery of the refreshed Sustainable Community Strategy. In a year of major changes, especially reduced resources, it is even more important that partners explore new better ways of working together.

Funders Fair - 'Bridging the Funding Gap'
'Bridging the Funding Gap' an event to support the voluntary and community organisations working in Tewkesbury Borough was held at Watson Hall, Tewkesbury on 1st July 2010. Over 100 people attended the event, which saw funders such as: Lloyds TSB, Big Lottery, Peter Lang Trust, Henry Smith Charity, Ernest Cook Trust & Heritage Lottery Fund in attendance to give help and advice. In addition a series of seminars allowed groups to find out more detail about what funders were offering and what they were looking for in bid applications.
Health MOT Events
A number of Health MOT Events have taken place across the Borough. They were commissioned through the Tewkesbury Borough Health & Wellbeing Partnership and gave people the chance to drop in and have a Health MOT, take part in taster sessions and talk to a range of services and organisations for help and advice.. The events, in Brockworth, Churchdown and Bishops Cleeve, attracted over 500 people in total and many of these sigend up to local groups and activities or were signposted on for further help and advice.
